One out of six at our table considered their meal acceptable. The vege burger was dry and bland, ribs were cold and dry, kids sliders were delivered as one full size double pattie burger. Multiple mocktails ordered were a letdown, as was the sangria jug with orange and lemon quarters that were never going to float in my glass.
But what really made the meal a depressing encounter was when we were asked to hurry up while we ordered dessert. Then we were offered a takeaway container (burger box) in the middle of eating our desserts because 'there is another booking here for this table'.
The birthday girl wasn't so happy with her dessert. Described as a banana split with cookie crumb and chocolate drizzle, the plate was flopped in front of her garnished with what one can only describe as a sad blobby poop emoji. Please see attached photo. The waffles had no strawberries.

Waited 30 mins for cocktails, which we had to go to bar and reorder as they forgot...... Trying to get there attention or reorder was near impossible as they were too interested in talking and mucking around in the kitchen. Would probably benefit it they had a manager or someone on site that had some direction or experience in running or managing a restaurant or bar. Unfortunately thay were not at all customer focused. We arrived at 3pm for happy hour but were only able to order 2 drinks within that period due to no staff being around on floor or at the bar. When we were asked how everything was, we mentioned the lack of service and attention given, the staff responded to this feedback by...
