McDonald's Yamba — Restaurant in Yamba

What I witnessed in MacDonald's Yamba this morning by 2 workers at the drive through window why I was waiting inside to be served,the first worker asked the lady with a car full of littlies to go to the waiting bay,if you've ever worked for Macca's you know what that means, makeing managers look good,well the waiting bays were full and no where for her to park except for around in the actuall carpark,the worker got what I'd say was the manager,whom verbally abused the lady and upset her children as told the poor upset lady if she doesn't move around the corner to the carpark then I'd be happy to give your money back when the polite driver was yelled at and the window slammed in her and her kids face it was then re-opened by the very anger manager whom told the poor driver she was calling the police,best call of the day was from the driver,who said go on then Ive done nothing wrong I only want my kids food,next holidays when my own 9 grandkids come for there holidays it's a bus trip to Grafton, atleast there not aggressive behaviour by staff and it's clean not...

a lovely young boy served us and had a little trouble understanding how we wanted our coffee and we didn’t mind we just explained it at the window and he needed the managers help and as soon as the manager (jade) came to the window she started yelling at him and throwing her hands up at the poor boy in front of us, didn’t think that was professional at all not just because she was doing it in front of us but also because that boy shouldn’t be treated like that. hope the manager isn’t like that often because it would make for a very miserable work place for the...

Clean store when I visited.

Ordered a filet of fish. Made fresh, nice change from some other stores I've visited. I went at approx 3.30pm on a Friday afternoon. No customers inside, however the drive through was extremely busy.

Served at counter by staff, decided not to use the automated self serve.

Staff were pleasant.

Kids area was lovely and clean including a chair for adults...
