Bellissimo York — Restaurant in York

We came by this place on an early morning and decided to have our breakfast here as most other places are not open yet. The waiting staff was very kind to help us put 3 tables together and even turn them long way around so we have more space to move around the tables! We placed our order at the counter and hot piping meals were soon delivered to our table. Waiting staff was even kind to remarked to us that she didn't know the hot chocolate was for our kiddos, if not she wont have made it so hot. We told her its fine as it would have cool down by the time our kids were ready to drink it anyway. Food and drinks taste great and portions big enough for our family of 6 to share. Dropped in for breakfast and lunch :) (We always stop in at this cafe) Having its own car park was a master stroke when they designed this purpose built cafe. We never have to search for somewhere to park on the street. Food is cafe fayre and always very good. The team is friendly. Dropped into York for a wander and some lunch. Tried a couple of cafes on the main drag but they only had outdoor seating, and the flies were pretty bad. Found Bellisimo and received a warm Irish welcome. Comfortable, clean and air-conditioned, well away from pesky flies. We had breaky wrap and beef burger. Food was delicious and very fresh.
