McDonald's — Restaurant in Gemeinde Klosterneuburg

Travelled all the way here from. Ireland to this McDonald’s for the full week the icecream machine wasn’t working which was obviously not the workers fault but it was the beginning of an awful experience. Throughout the week the behavior from the staff was outrageous. One day we came in here and asked for cookies from the McCafé and there was tons and tons of cookies and there was 2 1/2hours left of till closing. The woman working was unbelievably rude and refused to serve us as there was too many people (5). She told me I could have a cookie but then gave me the completely different one that we asked for and through it on the table with a puss on her face and ended up breaking the cookie after I said that was not the one I asked for she Refused to give me the one I asked for and didn’t try work anything out she just put it back and through the change at me. So my first AWFUL experience in Austria. I took a picture from the outside of McDonalds in Klosterneuburg. And the manager asked why was I taking the picture. I didn't tell him why and he threatened to call the police!!!! REALLY???!!! So I asked the assistant manager to give me the manager's name. He said he was not going to give me that information. I called their hotline and the assistant manager comes out trying to explain what happened. He talks with the people from the hotline and lied through his teeth! He first says, the restaurant overreacted. How does a restaurant overreact? Then he told her we are going to fix this situation. Beschwerde: Ein netter Unternehmer der seine Männerrunde am Feiertag wohl hoffentlich durch neue Dienstpläne für den FJB aufwertet, wo Frauen, Studentinnen Feiertags einem an der Kassa begegnen, anstatt dieser Mann der mich aufforderte meine Kopfhörer runterzunehmen während des Bestellens, wo der zuvor als sie ausgeschalten warn im perfekten Hochdeutsch zu sagend ich einen Double Cheese Burger orderte, der mich entgeistert ansah, als ob er nicht wüsste dass es das Produkt gibt, dann entgeistert das Produkt am Display suchte, und dem Küchentyp dann sagte was ich bestellte, als ich ihm zeitgleich anbat es via Display Säule zu bestellen, da ich das Produkt ein zweites mal auch schon genannt hatte, bevor er mich anschrie. Wissen Sie am Feiertag wollte ich im Laden von Winfried Schmitz und seinen Töchtern essen, doch dieser Mann hat das verhindert, dass ich ihm Laden meiner Freunde esse. Die Kollegen neben ihm standen auch für diese hoch zu besetzten Feiertagsstunden ganz schön nichts zu tuend herum. Kurz: Es war nicht hoch ausgelastet, der Kassierer ein jemand gegen groovige, schnelle gescheite Frauen. Außerdem unfreundlich, verbal ne 0, ohne seine AG Produkte im Kopf zu haben, und auch nicht dem Display der Kasse mächtig, aber ein Alpha. Der Filialleiter war währenddessen draußen mit seinem Kollegen, der rauchte und der Kassierer schrie mich währenddessen an ich solle raus, verschwinden nachdem er auf meine Kopfhörer zeigte und ausschlug, dass ich per Display helfe, das Produkt bei der Kunden-Bestellsäule selbst eingegebe bevor er seinem Küchenkollegen zusprach, mich als Alphatyp - der auf Chef tat mich anschrie, verwies zu gehen, anschrie, nicht verstand dass eine Lufthansa Stewardess keine Zeit für solche Diskriminierung dieses Mannes hat, sich so etwas bieten lässt. Dieser ist sonst nicht im Dienstplan mehr dieser Filiale anzutreffen? Oder soll ich Frau Ahmad auch noch schreiben.... ?.
