Ristorante LA MORRA — Restaurant in Gemeinde Tulln an der Donau

This is no cosy Italian restaurant but a food "shop" in a shopping centre. The staff was friendly.

The food...I really wonder what the guests that the high ratings gave had...most certainly not pizza.

Mushrooms from the can and the ham from the supermarket are a absolute NO GO on an Italian pizza. Bruchetta was on simple white dry toast. The pasta was okay.

And worst the prices are in no relation to the quality. Much to expensive compared to other restaurants.

We definitely will not go...

Eine absolute Enttäuschung – nie wieder!

Unser Besuch in diesem Restaurant war leider ein totaler Reinfall – vor allem wegen des extrem unfreundlichen Kellners. Schon beim Ankommen wurden wir weder begrüßt noch freundlich wahrgenommen. Kein „Hallo“, kein Lächeln, keine Spur von Gastfreundschaft. Das Essen wurde kommentarlos auf den Tisch geknallt – kein „Bitte“, kein „Danke“. Selbst als wir uns höflich bedankten, kam keinerlei Reaktion. Der Kellner ignorierte uns durchgehend und war durch seine abweisende, beinahe herablassende Art sehr unangenehm.

Besonders irritierend war, dass er uns zum Schluss auch noch unfreundlich aufforderte, das nächste Mal mit den Kindern draußen Platz zu nehmen – als wären Familien im Innenbereich nicht willkommen. Das ist eine Frechheit!

Der Herr mit der Glatze wirkte insgesamt sehr ungepflegt und absolut fehl am Platz in einem gastronomischen Betrieb. Weder beim Kommen noch beim Gehen kam ein einziges Wort wie „Danke“ oder „Auf Wiedersehen“. Für ein Restaurant dieser Art ist das ein absolutes No-Go. Man fragt sich wirklich, wie so jemand überhaupt im Service arbeiten darf.

Fazit: Unterirdischer Service, null Gastfreundschaft, unprofessionelles Personal – wir kommen ganz sicher nicht wieder. Wer sich einen schönen Abend machen möchte, ist hier...

Pizza tastes good, although the ham on the Cardinale seemed like basic toast ham which is not very authentic. Atmosphere is off, especially during the week, place was empty and eerie as it is located in a mini mall. Service was kind but seemed untrained, probably not a great place for a date. Food makes up for a lot of other issues so overall worth a four...
