Pizzeria-Restaurant Parma — Restaurant in Saalbach-Hinterglemm

Seeing as a lot of restaurants in town are closed on Sundays me and my friends decided to give Parma a go. Overall experience was okay, waiters were generally nice but eating there left a bad taste in my mouth. Two of us paid 19€ for a sad portion of kebab, fries and salad that was drowned in dressing and both of us had beard hairs in our kebab. I mentioned this to our waiter in a calm manner expecting some kind of compensation, also mentioning not being able to finish the food because of this. But didnt even receive an apology let alone something off of the extortionate price for that plate of kebab. Would not reccomend for anyone to eat here. Would be willing to pay extra for a nice meal and great service but this place had neither. And the waiter even dared to ask for a tip while...

I had ribs, which you can easily tell had been deep frozen - heavily marinated, very salty, the meat had no taste. For almost €25 - that’s a rip off. Service is worse than the food. The guy that takes the orders and serves the drinks makes you feel as if he is doing you a favor. When he brings two beers in 15 minutes he tells you that you need to consider he has only two hands. At the end when you pay the bill you get reminded 3 times that “the service is not included” Overpriced, slow, mediocre food, rude...

Prices were satisfactory considering the quality of the food, great location, but unfortunately not the most pleasant, staff weren't so much rude but instead less considerate of your arrival to the restaurant, don't enter expecting a welcome or think you're going to get good italian food, because your not, this is not reliable, so if you're looking for a decent pizza or pasta it's worth looking for some other places where you won't be...
