We have been here a couple of times before and have generally been happy. But this time, they really have let the quality go. Several of us had the "famous" felsensteak, and the performance from Peter was clearly rushed. The seasoning was uneven, he only put some on half of my steak, we did not get all the seasoning that other tables got, and even though we followed his instructions some of our stakes were over done and some of them were way under. The sides were disappointing, soft fries and a souce that didn't match the meal. One in our party ordered the wienerschnitzel and that was very dry and the sides were lacking and disappointing.

Gestopt bij het voorgerecht. We hadden de fritattensuppe wat niet meer inhield dan een halfgevuld kommetje lauw water met enkele sliertjes omelet op de bodem. De bouillon omvatte dan ook alleen de smaak van deze sliertjes die er naar grote waarschijnlijkheid al een tijdje in hadden gedobberd. Vermoedelijk was de bediening volledig op de hoogte van de troosteloze bende die ze voorschotelden, wat bleek uit het gebrek van (oog)contact die ze probeerden te maken. Zo werden onze borden ook zonder waarschuwing een voor een onder onze neus vandaan geritst toen we het tegen onze eigen verbazing wel nog op hebben gegeten.
