Absolutely disappointing experience. If you appreciate service this is the last place you would like to visit. There were multiple forgotten orders (4 aperitifs and 2 sides) and we could not order half of the main menu as burger buns were apparently missing. Then we could not order the wine we wanted, as it was missing as well. Supply chain does not seem to be the restaurant's strong-suit. The man in front of the restaurant was also extremely rude and it was a horrible start to the night. It felt like speaking to a rude bouncer at a night-club, not like speaking to someone checking for covid certificates at a steak house in a 4 star hotel. I had an incredible experience dining there. From the moment I sat down, the bartender made me feel welcome, engaging in friendly conversation while offering expert recommendations on both drinks and food. My old fashioned, which was perfectly balanced—smooth, rich, and just the right amount of sweetness. The attention to detail in the drinks was impressive. I also tried a signature bourbon cocktail, and it was one of the best I’ve had. For food, I ordered the ribeye, and it was cooked to perfection—tender, flavorful, and expertly seasoned. Just left this restaurant. Food was ok, service was fast but unfortunatley no interest in the clients experience. Bottle of white wine was not cold, Two full plates were removed from the table , the waitress didin't take the time to ask why we hadn't eaten the food ( coconut curry soup was completely tasteless and the ribs were incredibly dry) The steaks were actually really good. staff were all standing in the bar taking photographs of themselves. all by all, a missed chance by management to run this place properly.
