The pizza was okay. Not the greatest I had in Sankt Anton. Ciao ciao is close by and the pizza is far better. We had a below average experience as there were no available tables for two at the front and they wouldn't give us a bigger table. We had to eat at a small back room with other 4 tables. There wasn't much room to walk and you could clearly hear the conversation from the tables next to ours. It got quite difficult to hear my own conversation. The service was good and we were treated very well. But the rest of the experience made us want to leave as soon as we finished eating.
Other negative point is that the place has the italian restaurant on the ground floor and a steakhouse in the basement, but they are completely different places and they wont let you eat dishes from both kitchens even though they are in the same building. I wanted to eat something from the steakhouse and my cousing pizza, so we had to agree on...
Read moreWe just had dinner at Anthony's Pizzeria and it was an extraordinary experience!
Boki, our waiter for the evening, was attentive, friendly, and professional. He served us exceptionally well, paying attention to every detail throughout the night.
And the food? Chef Alessandro brought us the essence of real Italian cuisine. After a pleasant chat with him before we left, we learned that the ingredients were imported directly from Italy. You could tell they were handled with care by the talented kitchen team.
The dishes arrived promptly at our table. The traditional Carbonara (made with Guanciale, not bacon) and the carpaccio pizza were simply perfect!
A bottle of Primitivo to accompany the meal, a few friendly conversations, and voilà— a memorable night was made.
Hats off to the entire team at Anthony's Pizzaria and at the Hotel Anthony's Life & Stile in St. Anton....

The place itself is very hip and modern. Downstairs is a steak restaurant (which we didn’t try). We’ve been to the Italian place at ground level. Unfortunately the food is just average. The pizza was not fully baked and the dough too thick (my opinion). Nevertheless, many people are coming in ordering pizza for takeaway. The pasta was good but for that price it should have been better. It’s definitely a good place to dine-in. But for the same money, you will find better options...
