Café Auszeit — Restaurant in Sankt Johann im Pongau

If I had read the opinions before I'd have never decided to pay for your mediocre ice cream and humiliating customer service. Never have I ever encountered such a poor customer treatment in any other European (and non-European) country: if you order an ice cream in a cone (which is the most popular form of eating an ice cream) the staff from Auszeit immediately kicks you out from the outdoor tables which are apparently dedicated to the other customers of this 'cafe'. The place was almost empty yet the man working there just told me to go away.

Really rude owner or waiter, I do not know. But first he grabs my kid on the arm and pulls him out of the table, after that we orderd ice cream, and went to sit down at the table outside and the same guy comes to us and says we can not sit outside at the table and to go sit on the bench because we do not have ice cream in cups. We also orderd coffee but we cancelled it because of rude guy. Ice cream is also nothing special... Hoping for a nice time with family ending...

We came for a coffee, just to kill a bit of time, but ending up having a great big homemade waffle (with complimentary homemade chestnut ice cream) and a second coffee as well

Very friendly service, with a dedicated owner. He seems to care a lot about wine too, based on what I overheard for other customers
