I would like to give it 0 stars but unfortunately I cannot.

The atrocious selection of the most aneurysm inducing songs known to man played at full volume can only be described as sonic ear rape. Hearing ones thoughts is difficult. Having a conversation is even harder.

The staff are some of the rudest people I've had the misfortune to encounter. Arrogance seeps out of their every pore. They look visible angry when you ask for something that doesn't come in a bottle. I don't know whether they hate the music, their job, or just tourists in general but certainly avoid this place at all costs. There are much nicer places to drink after...

Unfortunately I have to echoe what the previous user described. I was a witness of the incident myself. There was no warning given by the waiter and to say that it was level of intoxication that caused the men to fall is simply not true. Not only did the waiter smash them on to the ground causing a facial fracture he also dragged them off the premises and left them on the street in the cold. If it wasnt for other guest to call an ambulance and the police this incident could haven ended even worse than the facial fractures that...

A nice stop at the end of a skiing day. Good music and atmosphere when at its busiest. Like the fire place although table often "reserved"!! Good glühwein. Service good after a good tip ;) Live music on Friday night could be better, it was a one man and his guitar (and harmonica), a bit too mellow in the choice of songs compared to other places with bands and livelier sets (in other resorts).
