The food is simply amazing. Definitely one of the best burgers I have ever had. I ate the Oklahoma Smash Burger. The portion is large enough to not need any sides.

The atmosphere is actually quite nice, the decorations are lovely - except for the screen playing red bull ads the whole time you’re having dinner.

The service is absolutely terrible. Our reservation was at 8:00, we arrived at 8:06 with a group of 5 people waiting to be seated in front of us. By the time we were being tended to, it was maybe 8:10. We were met with a stern “did you just arrive”. Very unprofessional and rude. I reminded the server that standard restaurant behavior is to keep reservations until 15 past the reserved time. To this the server responded “no we do 10 minutes”. This is not written anywhere - and if it were true they should include this in the notice text when making a reservation - which it does not include (see attached images). After being finally seated, we ordered a craft beer (the brewery they buy from is good) and a radler. We were brought a large draft beer and a room temperature craft beer. Throughout the dinner the service did not care to ask if I wanted to drink more - they are missing out on a lot potential revenue.

Just came home after eating at Zum Wohl. Food was okay. Some of the desert options weren’t available. The Kuba Libre was ok. When asking for kids options for dinner we simply got instructed that none were available. So i wouldn’t go there with childeren. But what I really found disappointing was the fact that the restaurant charged 1.50 Euro’s for a really small portion of mayo as well as for ketchup. So in total we paid 4.50 extra for some amenities that normally at a burger joint are for free. You also pay 25+ euro for a burger sandwich only. Which compared to other places in Serfaus is quite steep. Especially if you compare it to some of the dishes that you can get on the mountain for the same price or lower. Besides that the acoustique is awful. There were some large groups today. (Good for business) But you almost have to shout to make yourself heard. I wish Zum Wohl all the best, but i would probably make some adjustments to really make...

Selten habe ich einen Burger gegessen, welcher mit so viel Liebe gebaut war. Geschmacklich einfach hervorragend. Hier wird darauf geachtet die Burger nicht mit zu vielen Zutaten zu "überladen". Liebhaber von scharfem Essen kommen hier mit dem Brandstifter Burger auf ihre Kosten. Wem die rauchig-scharfe BBQ Sauce zu lasch sein sollte, kann gegen geringen Aufpreis noch rote Jalapeños als extra Topping bestellen.

Auch die hervorragenden Süßkartoffel-Pommes möchte ich an dieser Stelle hervorheben. Zu den Pommes gibt es eine große Auswahl an Saucen wie zum Beispiel Trüffel- oder Wasabi-Mayonnaise.

Die Preise für das Essen sind meiner Ansicht nach mehr als angemessen. Hier gibt es mehr Leistung als der Preis vermuten lässt.

Zum Essen gibt es eine gute Auswahl an Weinen und viele verschiedene Gin Sorten, welche, stilvoll in Szene gesetzt, serviert werden.

Das Personal ist ebenfalls super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Ambiente ist ebenfalls genial, der geneigt Betrachter kann sich hier an vielen kleinen Dingen erfreuen, welche nach und nach auffallen.

Ich kann jedem, der auf gute Burger oder/und guten Gin/Win steht, nur empfehlen mal hier essen zu gehen.

It was a rare occasion for me, to have a Burger served which was made with so much passion. The taste was outstanding. They really pay attention not to "overload" the burger with too many different ingridients. For anyone up for some spicy food, i would recommend to get the "Brandstifter-Burger" which has great BBQ on it and if that is not hot enough, you can get some red jalapeños on top.

Something i have got to mention here are the sweet potato fries, which were some of the best i have eaten in quite a while.

In my opinion, the prices for the food are more than fair as you really get some bang for your buck.

There is also a great choice on wine and gin. The gin is served with some style and a fitting tonic if you wish so.

The personnel is super friendly and helpful. The interior is quite nice too and if you look around a little, there is some nice eyecandy to be found.

I can recommend this place for anyone who loves good food...
