We spent almost a week at this amazing accommodation in the Austrian mountains, and I have to say we have never had a better experience! Their customer-first approach is not just a slogan but a reality you can feel at every step.

Nothing was a problem – any request we had was handled with a smile and genuine willingness to help. We were especially impressed with their approach to our child, who felt completely at home here. They even seamlessly accommodated our lactose intolerance, which made our stay so much easier.

The staff leaded by Jennifer and her lovely family takes care of everything with so much kindness, and they make sure every detail is arranged to create the best experience.

The apartments are in a great location, beautifully maintained, the breakfast is always rich and delicious, and the bistro has a full range of great meals, beers, and wines.

Ob zum Biken oder Skifahren - das Boutique Apart liegt perfekt und ist für uns die ideale Symbiose aus Hotel und Apartment: Das Frühstück ist hervorragend und braucht den Vergleich mit einem guten Hotel nicht zu scheuen. Beim Abendessen hat man die Wahl zwischen der schnellen Variante des Selberkochens in der kleinen aber doch ausreichend ausgestatteten Küche (mit zwei vom Biken oder Skifahren müden Jungs durchaus zu empfehlen) oder dem feinen Essen im kleinen Bistro oder den umliegenden Restaurants. Davon abgesehen schätzen wir die separaten Doppelzimmer und den grosszügigen Wohnbereich, der auch bei schlechtem Wetter genug Platz zum Spielen lässt. Auf der grossen Dachterrasse vom Apartment „Furgler" kann man zudem hervorragend die letzten Sonnenstrahlen des Tages geniessen. Die Lage im Ortskern von Serfaus ist ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt zum Skifahren, Biken oder Wandern (wer will, hat die direkt um die Ecke die Metro, was im Winter mit Ski sehr angenehm ist) und Lebensmittelläden sind ebenso in der Nähe wie diverse Restaurants. Wobei hinsichtlich Restaurants das „kleine Bistro" im Haus eine hervorragende Alternative ist - die kleine Karte beinhaltet frische Speisen und insbeso der Burger als Klassiker verlockt sehr zum...
