McDonald's St. Pölten — Restaurant in St. Pölten

Shocked in a good way!

My girlfriend wanted to have a breakfast here, I said ok, thinking what on earth is a McDonald's breakfast as I had never had one.

But WOW.....!

This McDonald's restaurant has to be the most modern I've ever visited, and I have been in a few, just never for breakfast.

Now, i really hate to think how much this establishment cost to build. Of course it's a McDonald's fast food restaurant, but... with CLASS!

The food is of normal McDonald's quality and the service is quick and good. Plus the breakfast also was very good much to my amazement.

It's a very comfortable, very clean, well decorated, well situated, well equipped building, with good inside and outside seating, with a large outside car park and drive thru.

There's also plenty of computer console games, good games may I add, and a play area to keep the kids happy. Oh, also a separate area for birthdays. And...... Free WiFi as usual also.

The toilets are also very clean and modern, I love the sinks, water and hand drying from the same taps, and automatic sliding doors, reminded me of Star Trek!

I actually forgot I was in a McDonald's restaurant due to the pure high quality comfort. Even the music playing was good and relaxing, and of good sound quality!!!

If only all McDonald's restaurants were made and built the same, which they aren't, this one is quite literally.......Exceptional.

First off: I'm not a typical customer. Ordering system with those screens is frustrating, complicated and with two kids almost impossible to do. For cash payment you have to wait in a queue. The cashier was unbelievably rude. Obviously hates his job. Then there is another queue to pick up the food. Two happy meals took longer than the following three customers with adult meals, who got their food before us. How can that be possible? Then they packed everything in paper bags, even though we ordered to eat on site. Taste: well, it's fast food. What could you possibly expect? Not even the...

ich möchte meine Unzufriedenheit über die Qualität Ihres Bacon Toasts, die mangelnde Sauberkeit in Ihrer Filiale und die scheinbare Verkleinerung des Bacon Muffins zum Ausdruck bringen. Bei meinem letzten Besuch erhielt ich einen Toast, der seinem Preis in keiner Weise gerecht wurde. Es schien, als hätte das Produkt an Frische verloren, und der Bacon-Geschmack war kaum wahrnehmbar.

Es ist zudem äußerst enttäuschend, dass der Toast gerade einmal mit einem Stück Bacon belegt war. Dies erscheint mir als unverhältnismäßig und eher als Kosteneinsparung, was nicht zu der Qualität gehört, die ich von McDonald’s gewohnt bin.

Des Weiteren möchte ich auf die mangelnde Sauberkeit hinweisen. Als mir mein Essen an den Tisch gebracht wurde, bemerkte ich Salatreste am Tablett, die offensichtlich von einem vorherigen Gast stammten, da wir keine Salatbestellung getätigt hatten.

Zusätzlich fällt mir auf, dass der Bacon Muffin im Vergleich zu früher um einiges kleiner wirkt und scheinbar nicht mehr als eine Scheibe Bacon enthält. Dies verstärkt den Eindruck, dass bei McDonald’s aktuell an der Qualität und Menge der Zutaten gespart wird.

Es ist schade zu sehen, dass McDonald’s scheinbar an der Qualität der Produkte, der Sauberkeit und der Portionsgröße spart. In der Vergangenheit habe ich McDonald’s für Qualität und Geschmack geschätzt, aber dieses Erlebnis hat meine Erwartungen nicht erfüllt.

Ich hoffe, dass Sie meine Rückmeldung als konstruktive Kritik betrachten und Maßnahmen ergreifen, um die Qualität der Produkte, die Sauberkeit Ihrer Filialen und die Portionsgröße zu verbessern. Kunden wie ich schätzen nicht nur Quantität, sondern vor allem Qualität und einen hygienischen Service.
