I love the interior of this place, very classic, ambiance is cozy, food is great and affordable.

I had to give it a 2 star due to our last dining experience just recently. The blonde server was unimaginably rude overall. She greeted us with a very unwelcoming face. She wanted to sit us, family with a toddler, about to have lunch, by the small round coffee tables next to the entrance. I insisted to be seated at the proper dining area. She was in a hurry asking us to place our order, did not give us the time to go through the menu, and it all happened all at once when we just got to the table, i had to get the highchair, we're taking off our jackets, attending to our toddler and she's there like timing us to tell her what we want so she can attend to other tables. We tried to understand that she's apparently stressed. although the restaurant wasn't full, just couple of tables with diners. Then she suddenly started to talk LOUD, loud enough as if she wanted to get everyone's attention for an announcement. She said in German, something like, i will now be the only server for the whole restaurant until 9PM!, sounding sarcastically. Apparently, her colleague just finished her shift. People turned to look at her but she was just too busy doing all at the same time. Filling up glasses, serve it. Wipe tables, bring food from the kitchen to tables. She was moving fast, stressed and not really in a good mood. Although she tried to still talk and asked how was the food, etc., you know she's just about to explode anytime soon..

There were elderly diners, scattered in different tables. Everything was fine until she made her presence be felt again when she started to move some tables and chairs just next to some other diners, like as if she wants to throw the tables and the chairs. We all really had to stop talking and turn to see what she's doing, she was amazingly rude to all with how inconsiderate she was, making all those really loud bangs! We all just looked at each other, still trying to understand her as she said she'll be alone working until 9pm. Then an old man started to say something like, we know you're tired but it wasn't our fault, don't put the blame on us, there are people eating.. a little respect! She unapologetically finished arranging the tables and chairs and moved on without saying a thing.

To wait tables is a tough job. It can be stressful and unbelievably tiring. But it is a job. Your job. If you can't bear it, don't put the blame to others, look for another job. Something to keep you away from people so you can keep your rudeness to yourself.

And just like that, we'll never know when we will be back to our once beloved restaurant.

.I just came to sit and drink in this restaurant. It's a pity that I didn't eat because I had lunch at home. So I just came to sit and drink with friends. The atmosphere of the restaurant is comfortable, not too luxurious. The shop is decorated in a simple style. The service is excellent, fast, no need to wait long. There are seats outside and inside the shop. There are enough seats. But if it's during dinner and lunch, I recommend you to make a reservation. Next time I will eat here and will review the taste...

Leider muss ich meine gute Rezension stornieren. Wir waren am Samstagabend (11.08.) in diesem Lokal zu fünft. Die junge Kellnerin konnte ihre genervte Mimik kaum unter Kontrolle bringen, als wir fragten, ob wir 5 Stühle an einen Tisch zusammen stellen dürfen. Was jetzt nicht unbedingt ein Drama darstellen sollte. Die Drinks waren grausam, viel zu süß und waren ungenießbar. Als wir fragten, ob wir zahlen könnten, signalisierte mir die Kellnerin, ob wir zusammen zahlen wollten und ich verneinte. Sie rollte daraufhin mit den Augen und konnte ihre Lustlosigkeit nicht mehr verbergen (wunderweise bekam sie aber von 5 Personen Trinkgeld, eigentlich also etwas gutes). Das Essen war in Ordnung, das Lokal wär sonst super, bei solchen Angestellten, hat man aber keinerlei Lust, das Lokal erneut zu besuchen. Schwer unprofessionell.

PS und Nachtrag zur Antwort vom Lokal: Wenn ein Besitzer dann noch nicht einmal mit Kritik umgehen kann und den Gast noch anfeindet, bin ich in meiner Meinung bestätigt, dieses Lokal nicht mehr zu besuchen. Ich bin selbst im Verkauf und habe Angestellte und ich würde niemals dulden, das meine Mitarbeiter so mit dem Kunden interagieren. Das jeder einen schlechten Tag haben kann, ist verständlich, aber nicht in diesem Ausmaß, bei 5 zahlenden Gästen. Und wer redet davon, dass die Angestellten in einem Zirkus sind? Etwas lahmer Vergleich, ein Mindestmaß an Professionalität kann man sich erwarten, ganz einfach. Aber vielen Dank für diese einmalige Bestätigung und das...
