We ordered two pizzas. After 30 minutes our order has arrived, but unfortunately we did not receive what we have ordered. My husband called them to correct their mistake, telling them that one of the pizzas is wrong we ordered something totally different, then the dispatcher told us that our order well be deliviered in 2 minutes. We have been waiting for more than 30 minutes... then my husband called the dispatcher again and trying to explain him, that they made a mistake and it is not the first time. The dispatcher started to yelling at us and obviously we tried to get our money back, even if our next order was on the way. We said okay, the order is on the way but it is not the first time that they make a mistake and we just simply fed up.. The dispatcher guy started to yelling us when I tried to get our money back, then I asked him to stop it and do not yell at me, he just simply hang off the call on me. On the second try my husband call them again and the dispatcher said that he is going to block our number to not be able to order from them in the future and then hang off the call. Really nice customer service in 2020, yelling at your customers and cancelling...

Schrecklich! Ich habe 3 Pizzen bestellt, eine Margaritha, eine Salami und eine Fungi. Gekommen sind 2 Pizzen die Margaritha und eine Salami mit Champignons. Der Lieferant konnte die Adresse nicht lesen behauptete ich habe es falsch geschrieben. Schließlich können Fehler passieren ich war garnicht Ungut, meinte nur das sie mir die dritte Pizza nachliefern sollen. Die Pizzen hatten Dosenchanpignons, die Salamis waren unterschiedlich als wäre die hälfte länger gestanden und die Farbe hätte sich verändert. Trotz allem hab ich Trinkgeld gegeben und Verständnis gezeigt. Jedoch wurde ich 3 Tage später von der Pizzeria angerufen und angegangen das ich an dem Tag nicht ans Telefon gegangen bin als sie die Adresse nicht gefunden haben. Was ich SO DREIST FINDE! Weil ich tatsächlich beim ersten mal abgehoben habe. Zum Schluss habe ich mir die Bewertungen aug Lieferando durchgeschaut und erkannt dass da 80% FAKE BEWERTUNGEN SIND. Ich verstehe nicht was für ein Moral dahinter ist und wie man so betrügerisch unterwegs sein kann....
