The food was good but what really made me feel a need to leave a review was the people working there, Brad( could have been Bradley) and then a girl which’s name I forgot that were working the 2 evenings I was there were so kind, helpful and just spread good vibes. Really made my visit to Vienna a better experience. I think Brad has found his calling and I honestly believe there is no person more fitting to work in the bar next to a hostel than Brad. Very disappointing stay at this hostel. My room was far from clean there was dust all over the floor, which shows a clear lack of maintenance. In addition, the radiator was broken, making the room uncomfortable in the middle of winter. To top it all off, a bartender asked me not to smoke inside when I didn't even smoke - he simply took the liberty of judging by seeing a pack of cigarettes on the table. A rude attitude and poor service. I do not recommend this...

An ideal place for meetings with friends! Very cozy atmosphere, friendly staff, delicious drinks and food. Service at the highest level! Special thanks to bartender Diam for delicious cocktails, waiter Alex for fast and quality service. Also to the girls Kate and Judith for the advice at the bar and the speed of solving requests.
