A good friend of mine, a famous actor, director and film producer, told me that he is a regular guest there, and planned a meeting with me at that place. I wanted to got acquainted with the pub one week earlier and read reviews in the internet about it. The reviews were promising, thus, I went there with high expectations. And I was not disappointed! I had a fantastic time at this bar! The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, making me feel like I was visiting a friend's place rather than a bar. Wunderschönes, edles Ambiente. Superhöfliche und zuvorkommende Bedienung. Speisenauswahl überschaubar, aber fein und für jeden was dabei - zu dritt haben wir Unterschiedliches gegessen, alles köstlich und auch fürs Auge ansprechend zubereitet. Mein Angusrind Burger war hervorragend und der Preis nicht überzogen. Die Pina Colada meiner Begleitung war ein Genuss. Wir kommen sicher bald wieder. Ins „alte Billroth“ hat es mich nie gezogen. Der Besuch hier gestern war die Idee meiner Begleitung und eine total positive Überraschung. Noch sind Plätze frei - wahrscheinlich hat Döbling die Neuübernahme noch nicht realisiert. Aber das wird (im Interesse der Besitzer hoffentlich) bald passieren! Ideal zum chillig Frühstücken als Alternative zum Cottage oder für Mittag- und Abendessen, Kaffeejause ODER später abends auf einen Cocktail. Angenehme Lounge-Musik, nicht zu laut.
