CCF - Crispy Chicken Factory — Restaurant in Vienna

Went there to try Halal Fried chicken Service: despite being a long queue only one counter was open for taking order , however the guy at the collection was fast and prepared the order fast.

Price: in my opinion the price was high based on what one gets almost 10€ per person is the minimum

Food: Burger was average and not like fried chicken rather more like a chicken patty only , fried chicken was not breaded properly and pieces were really small and the wings we're not that good. In terms of spices the level of spices could be increased to improve the flavour

Atmosphere: great atmosphere and interior

Halal Certificate: Clearly labelled as Halal and certificate is placed next to counter where one places orders

Conclusion: Just okayish and not worth the hype They need to improve their service and food quality otherwise when the hype is over no one...

Fried chicken strips really good. Burger buns used are good (finally someone who doesn't resort to using same buns as any other Burger shop). The Zitronelimo drink is definitely worth trying and you can ask to replace the usual soft drink with this one in the combo meal.

The person at counter was cooperative and friendly - took our order smoothly. Only thing i find bit inefficient is announcing the order for pickup. There is no way for people sitting outside to realize their order is ready for pickup. This can surely be improved.

Overall i find this place to be a great value for money and good taste. For those looking for halal meat as dietary restrictions, this place is highly recommended and can be considered a good alternative to KFC (who dont offer meals for such dietary requirements).
