Eissalon Mauß — Restaurant in Vienna

Ice cream is very good, they seem to do it for themselves too, so they have to do it good. In Vienna I've tasted other 3 good ice creams, and many bad ones, but this is one of the good ones, especially some flavours which are extremely balanced and tasty. I'm absolutely disappointed and hurt though by how I've been treated. As much tired and strict as you can be, looking at a client which is trying in various ways to understand the flavours in a foreign language is unacceptable and inadmissible. I understood after, by reading the reviews they have the schick but understandable policy of differentiating menu orders by normal cone/cup orders : maybe you can say it outloud next time, so a person doesn't stay there questioning his own existence and if he did something wrong to be treated so, so wrongfully? I understood something was wrong and I specified I just had to charge my phone to get back home (in a new town), and they stayed in silence, and kept looking at me. Also by exiting the shop, one of them greeted me and looked at me as one of the most despicable beings. May you find peace, but also, if you have something to say, say it. If I have to pay more to sit, write it, as you wrote everywhere you only pay cash. You make the rules and people follow, but you have to say them. I'll come again if I have time, and I hope for a better treatment, I don't wish anyone the one I got, and by the way, you never know who you have at your shop, if by any chance was a gelato...

One of the best ice cream places in this area. The product quality is very good and the amount of different options makes it even better. One of the aspects why I rate it with 4 stars is the fact that most of the time you need to queue for some time outside of the door to then be able to order something. That’s because it is really crowded (which is also good of course).
