Jack‘s Burger 1030 — Restaurant in Vienna

Not as good as the other location on Hannovergasse that sadly closed down, but still pretty good. Reasonable prices and well cooked classic smash burgers. Ample bacon even though it's not the crispy American style. A couple of vegetarian options too - you can get haloumi or falafel (but it doesn't look like they do Beyond patties). They have brioche buns (I don't think the OMG buns are on the menu anymore).

The onion rings serving size is really small for the price but the steak fries are great. Good sauces.

Not many dine-in customers. Looks like most of their business is through foodora. Therefore, quiet atmosphere but the establishment is more utilitarian...

On the door it’s written “life is too short for well-done meat” but meat was extremely well-done already burned, see photo, also the bacon (bottom of photo) was not at all crispy almost raw. All in all it shows that the full attention of the cook is not 100% at his job. He asked how it was but I had no time to argue, if you want to make it up let me know here.

Edit: it has been 5 months now since this review and the owner was too proud to respond here and offer any kind of refund or make-up burger. Total lack...

Ordered over Lieferando and the initial delivery time was supposed to be 90mins. Already seems very long but it's a Sunday night so i guessed it's just busy. Only issue I have is that I have now waited well over two hours, both the number here on maps and the one on Lieferando go straight to mailbox and according to the opening times the restaurant closes in 30mins. Overall just a bad experience and I'm just sitting here hungry and puzzled as to...
