I visited this restaurant on October 30, 2023, at 5:05 PM, and my experience was disappointing. I ordered like any other customer, but unfortunately, I encountered an elderly gentleman who displayed blatant racism and disrespect. Initially, I spoke to him in English, but he seemed unresponsive and unhelpful.

In an attempt to communicate, I switched to Turkish, but this only seemed to infuriate him. He yelled at me to come and pick up my order, and his tone and behavior were completely unjustified. It was baffling to witness such a drastic difference in treatment compared to how he interacted with other customers, particularly a girl who received polite and courteous service. The way he raised his voice and berated me in front of other patrons was not only unprofessional but deeply unsettling. I expected a more welcoming and respectful atmosphere, and this experience left me deeply disappointed I also want to mention that even the restaurant owner or manager came over to apologize for the incident, which was appreciated. However, it doesn't negate the initial unpleasant experience.

On another note, I'd like to highlight that I discovered this restaurant through Google Maps, and at first glance, it seemed like a beautiful place. The ambiance and setting were attractive. However, after the unfortunate encounter, I must stress that it may not be a safe or welcoming choice for families or couples. The incident left me with concerns about the overall atmosphere and the treatment of customers, which is crucial for any dining...

While my experience with Kebab Doner was generally positive, I feel compelled to highlight a couple of aspects that fell short of expectations. Firstly, the bread, unfortunately, proved challenging to chew, somewhat detracting from the overall enjoyment of the meal. Additionally, the taste of the meat didn't quite meet the anticipated flavor profile I had in mind. However, it's important to note that the redeeming factors lie in the commendable service and the pleasant atmosphere the establishment offers. I went during the buffet and it is OK for the price but what was terrible is that is that kind of restaurant where the staff is pushing you to leave as soon as possible to get more costumers as the buffet time has time limit. They wanted to pick up my dish even when I didn't finished and if you go to pick up more food the possibility that you find your table clean or even already occupied is very high, then somebody must stay sticked to the chair. The owner or "CEO" was around looking this happening but without doing anything to improve the costumer service. Was is remarkable is that if you are from Turkey the treatment change notoriously, no pressure to you and no complaints if you stay longer.
