I recently visited a McDonald's location and wanted to share my thoughts on the experience. Overall, it was a satisfactory fast food experience with a few notable highlights. Here is my review:
Atmosphere (4/5): The atmosphere at McDonald's was pleasant and inviting. The restaurant had a clean and well-maintained interior, providing a comfortable space for dining. The bright lighting and appealing decor contributed to a positive ambiance. The seating area was adequately spaced, allowing for a relaxed and enjoyable meal.
Food Quality (3/5): Considering it is a fast food establishment, the food at McDonald's was decent. The menu offered a range of classic fast food items, and the taste was consistent with what is expected from the brand. While the quality may not rival that of a gourmet restaurant, it delivered on its promise of quick, convenient meals. The food was hot and adequately prepared, meeting the expectations for fast food fare.
Employee Friendliness (4/5): I found the majority of the McDonald's employees to be friendly and accommodating. They greeted customers with a smile and were willing to assist with any questions or concerns. It was evident that the staff members were trained in providing good customer service, which enhanced the overall experience. Their positive attitude added to the welcoming atmosphere of the restaurant.
Speed and Efficiency (3/5): One of the key advantages of fast food is the quick service, and McDonald's generally delivered in this regard. The ordering process was efficient, and the food was served promptly. However, during peak hours, the restaurant could become busy, leading to slightly longer wait times. It would be beneficial for McDonald's to ensure sufficient staffing levels to maintain optimal speed during busier periods.
Menu Variety (3/5): While McDonald's is known for its iconic items like burgers, fries, and McNuggets, the menu does offer a range of options to cater to different preferences. However, I did find the variety somewhat limited, especially when it came to healthier choices. Expanding the menu to include more nutritious options would be a welcome improvement.

My fries are mostly coming cold here, and i never had a solution from the staff side, so today i asked my fries without salt to make sure itâs gonna be fresh and warm. Then i kindly asked if they have a mini packet of salt or pepper to make my fries salty for myself â the answer was we donât have any stuff like that. ( I used to work in McDonaldâs for years, so i know that they have it. )The manager today was totally rude (black shirt, curly hair man) and spoke in a really arrogant way, so i asked for the guestbook, which he said he doesnât understand what i want. So thatâs why i sadly need to write this review. They donât want to fix their problems on site so thatâs why i put this online. Hope that the leader of this restaurant will make sure that -especially a manager!!- will be nice with the costumers...
Ein typischer McDonaldâs in Wien? Nein, dieser nicht! Es mag zwar auf den ersten Blick alles normal erscheinen, die Ăberraschung erwartet Sie im Essen, den Beilagen und den GetrĂ€nken - also wenn die Produkte ĂŒberhaupt vorhanden sind oder auch so wie bestellt. Ich habe meinen Haus und Hof McDonaldâs schon wirklich ins Herz geschlossen, ins letzte Eck, dort wo all meine verhassten Erinnerungen, Erlebnisse und eben dieser McDonaldâs sind, quasi meine persönliche Hölle. Ich bestelle hier immer nur zum mitnehmen, daheim ist es halt doch gemĂŒtlicher. Bei meinem ersten Besuch haben die Pommes gefehlt, zum GlĂŒck gemerkt und reklamiert. Bei meinem nĂ€chsten Besuch haben die Saucen gefehlt, Ă€rgerlich aber verkraftbar (auch wenn es finanziell ein Schaden fĂŒr den Kunden ist). Als ich das nĂ€chste mal etwas im Stress war ist mir daheim aufgefallen, dass die GetrĂ€nke gefehlt haben, also nochmal hin und mit dem Schichtleiter gesprochen. Seine Ausrede war: Die Mitarbeiter:innen seien neu. Komisch nur, dass diese bereits seit 2 Jahren die gleichen Gesichter in der KĂŒche und hinter der Theke stehen - mĂŒssen viele Zwillinge haben. Heute haben sie dann den Vogel abgeschossen, in meinem Burger war einfach kein Fleisch. Ein 0815 Burger mit einer 0815 Bestellung, wo NICHTS an irgendeinem Produkt verĂ€ndert wurde! Es ist auch egal wie viel oder wenig los ist. Es steht ausnahmslos IMMER ein/e Kund:in an der Theke und reklamiert etwas. Ich bin leider nicht vom Fach aber Systemgastronomie schĂ€tze ich jetzt nicht auf dem Level einer Raketenwissenschaft ein, lasse mich aber gerne eines Besseren belehren.
