I won’t lie. The staff was nice. Food - excellent. Atmosphere - relaxing.
I originally gave this place 5 stars, but deleted that rating because I think we were screwed over.
I went there with my Persian girlfriend for her birthday. I asked for a cake and they presented it, hands down, with 120% effort. She loved it. When I made the reservation, they asked if I wanted a bottle of champagne and I said no. We would order a wine we both like when we arrived.
After they served the cake… I was surprised to be presented with a bottle on wine on ice (not what I asked for)…. but my girlfriend loved it and was very happy. I couldn’t say no, especially on her birthday…
The next day my girlfriend and I both thought the bill was rather high for what we asked for.
We later found out that this bottle of Prosecco was almost €50 when we asked for the bill rundown the next day. When I asked for the name of the bottle, they refused to give it to me. And told me if I wanted the name, I would have to order it again. I just wanted the name! They only put “sekt” on the bill, but not the name of it. If it was €50 then okay… but they refused to give me any information on what we drank, which makes me think otherwise. And this is why I am upset, because no other restaurant in the right mind would do this.
Two days ago I had the feeling of recommending this place to everyone. But now I would recommend that all foreigners double-check...

So, this place shows up on the app TheFork when you search for places that accept "yums". We saw that it was well rated and booked through said app and chose the option to use our points. On the app, you choose how many you are and which time slot you want to book. We choose "2 people" and an appropriate time slot for us. Our reservation gets confirmed.
We show up on time, and are told that since 3 weeks ago, they only accept people to use "yums" if they are a party of at least 4. We tell them that this is not mentioned in the app, and in fact, our reservation was confirmed. Now, a decent place would own up to their mistake and let us dine, but not this place. The waiter calls the owner, who stands by his decision to not accept us. We find out that it's the owner who handles the bookings. So, this guy, who confirms our booking, tells us that he won't accept us, and cancels our table on the spot, while we are in their establishment.
This place should learn a lesson about hospitality. Needless to say, we won't ever be back, and if you care about integrity, I urge you to...
