Schnitzelquelle is a small family owned restaurant. Yildiz and her family have operated the restaurant for over 20 years. Yildiz makes all her delicious salads daily. Everything is very fresh. Portions are huge and prices are very reasonable. Yildiz speaks good English and is very friendly and welcoming. The restaurant is just a one minute walk from the tram, so easily accessible. This place was excellent! The owner is super nice and welcoming, and she speaks very good English (good for Americans like me). All the food--from the potato salad and other sides to the schnitzel itself--is made from scratch daily. The atmosphere is super cozy and relaxed, and the vibe just screams "authentic Vienna," unlike other, more touristy restaurants.
