As a regular customer of Tretorria restaurant, it pains me to write such a negative review, but my recent experience compels me to share. I have always enjoyed their delicious pasta, despite frequently receiving incorrect orders. I usually overlook these mistakes with understanding.
However, my latest visit, particularly when I brought a guest, was markedly poor. From the onset, the service at Tretorria was lackluster. Our drink order was initially wrong, and upon pointing this out, the staff replaced it without a hint of politeness or an apology. The situation worsened when our main dishes were incorrect. I was willing to accept the wrong order, but my friend could not eat what was served. We were informed, rather dismissively, that the dish he ordered was unavailable.
Compounding the issue was the staff's, including the individual who identified himself as the owner, evident lack of respect and customer service skills. Conversations were met with indifference and even avoidance. The owner's repeated emphasis on his ownership did nothing to resolve our concerns but rather highlighted a disregard for customer satisfaction at Tretorria.

Pizza was well baked, had a decent amount of ingredients on it, but the only thing that I could taste was tomato base, no herbs on it(oregano) which is important ingredient of any pizza. Service provided by gentlemen...
