Wer glaubt, dass man als Villacher und Villacherin für einen richtig guten Brunch weit fahren muss, war offensichtlich noch nie im Stern am Hans-Gasser-Platz.
Für uns ist das Stern ganz klar das neue Lieblingslokal für den Samstagvormittag – und ehrlich: Das Stern HGP hat alles, was das Bruncher-Herz begehrt (inkl. leichtem Food-Koma danach).
Das Ei Benedikt? Ein Gedicht. Perfekt pochiert, auf dem Punkt, mit einer Sauce Hollandaise, die vom Sterne Koch höchstpersönlich gerührt sein könnte.
Das US Frühstück? So reichhaltig und g’schmackig, dass einem fast der Adler auf der Flagge salutiert.
Und das Beste: ordentliche Portionen, bei einem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, das seinesgleichen sucht.
Das Personal ist immer freundlich, aufmerksam und nie gestresst – auch wenn es mal voll ist. Und der Chef? Steht oft selbst am Tresen und schaut, dass alles passt – man merkt einfach, hier wird Gastronomie noch mit Leidenschaft gemacht.
Und zum Schluss kommt noch der absolute Brunch-Bonus: Gratis frisch gepresster Orangensaft – so viel man will, direkt zum Selbstpressen!
