vEATnam — Restaurant in Villach

I was visiting Villach and excited to try this restaurant, but left very disappointed. My partner and I picked it because of the numerous vegan options, but what we were served was not vegan.

I ordered the vegan tofu spring rolls, and there was a bowl with a liquid that came with it. I was worried it might contain fish sauce, so I asked the server if it was vegan, and he told me it was.

I trusted him and later had a taste, and it definitely contained fish sauce. When he took our plates, I asked him if it contained fish sauce and he said yes.

I went out of my way to order a vegan dish and then ask if the sauce was vegan, and I still ended up eating fish. Very disappointed and angry after I tried to ask questions (all in German).

I also ordered a vegan pho. It seemed safe, but was lacking flavour and the noodles were hard.

I cannot recommend this restaurant to any vegan or vegetarian people or even people with food allergies, as the server and maybe the kitchen were...

Awesome! Something new in our small town and I'm intrigued. The restaurant looks cozy and modern from the inside. It's rather small so make sure to make a reservation! The staff is really friendly and helps you out everytime. You can find a variety of veatnamese food, the portions are big and the prices are more than okay. It was delicious and I will go there again for sure!

Edit: Tried the Pho soup this time - It made me so happy. Warm, rich and healthy taste, crazy good with the lime juice you can add and just really really delicious....

Ein authentischer Genuss für Pho-Liebhaber!

Ich war kürzlich im Lokal vEATnam in Villach und wollte unbedingt meine Erfahrung teilen. Als großer Fan von Pho-Gerichten konnte ich es kaum erwarten, das vietnamesische Restaurant auszuprobieren. Und ich wurde nicht enttäuscht!

Das Ambiente im vEATnam ist einladend und gemütlich. Das Personal war äußerst freundlich, hilfsbereit und es wurde extra nochmal nachgefragt, ob man Koriander im Gericht haben will.

Und jetzt zum Wichtigsten - das Essen! Die Pho im vEATnam ist einfach fantastisch. Die Brühe war reichhaltig und aromatisch, genau wie ich es von einer guten Pho erwarte. Die Nudeln waren perfekt gekocht und die Portion war großzügig.

Das vEATnam bietet auch eine Vielzahl von Fleisch- und Gemüseoptionen für die Pho an. Ich entschied mich für die klassische Rindfleischvariante, und das Fleisch war zart und saftig. Ich kann mir gut vorstellen, dass auch die anderen Optionen genauso köstlich sind.

Der Service war schnell und effizient, und das Essen wurde heiß und frisch serviert. Die Preise waren angemessen und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war ausgezeichnet.

Insgesamt war mein Besuch im vEATnam eine wunderbare Erfahrung. Wenn du ein Pho-Liebhaber bist und nach einem authentischen Geschmackserlebnis suchst, dann kann ich dieses Lokal nur wärmstens empfehlen. Ich werde definitiv wiederkommen, um weitere Gerichte aus ihrer vielfältigen vietnamesischen Küche zu probieren!
