Counter staff needs training on what it means to provide "good customer service". Unpleasant interaction. His face says it all that he is overwhelmed even with the place not swarmed with customers. It's very disappointing to have to deal with a staff who is clearly not skilled when it comes to handling customers. Ok, so we've just come from Italy but even so this pasta was astonishingly bad. We had the Carbonara and the Tokyo. The sauces were negligible and where present glutinous.
