My wife and I ordered some sake and sushi. The sushi came on a robot, which was pretty cool. That was the end of the positives.

The salmon was completely hacked up. Whoever prepared that fish had no business near a sushi kitchen. The sake was still missing, so I flagged down the waitress (who seemed to be in some management position--maybe even the owner). I asked her if I missed it on the robot? She seemed surprised that the guy behind the bar hadn't brought it. She said it'd be right out.

About 10 minutes later I flagged down the guy behind the bar and asked about the sake. He apologized and said he'd take care of it. The waitress and someone from the kitchen showed up behind the bar. They hectically poured some Austrian white wine into a ceramic sake container and heated it up in a milk steamer from the coffee machine. They then rushed this out to me. I asked what kind of sake it was. She waffled. I asked again, and she evaded the question. I asked specifically what brand of sake it was, and she tried to laugh it off. I finally asked her if I could see the bottle, and she showed me the Austrian white wine bottle I had seen from afar. She explained it off, saying that the sake bottle was too big and that she had to pour it into used white wine bottles. No worries, it's on the house, she said.

It tasted as expected-- nothing like sake. We left it on the table, and at the end of the meal she offered us free glasses of wine as condolences. No thanks.

NIE WIEDER! Nach längerer Zeit heute (01.07.2023) mal wieder hier gewesen und anfangs Freude über Roboter-Kellner und QR-Code-Bestellung, welche aber recht schnell wieder verflog. Die Bestellung einer Frühlingsrolle und einer Teigtasche über QR-Code kam gar nicht. Dann am Buffet einen Teller mit Meeresfrüchten, Gemüse und Nudeln zusammengestellt und beim Koch abgeliefert. Als dieser Teller nach 30 min endlich kam, war es die Speise von jemand anderen, nur der Clip mit der Tischnummer war richtig. Daraufhin eine menschliche Kellnerin wegen beiden Fehlern informiert, knappe Antwort: Nehmen sie sich neu. Auf meinen Kommentar, dass ich nicht gerade erfreut bin wieder alles neu zusammenstellen und nochmal so lange warten zu müssen, machte die Kellnerin hinter meinem Rücken eine eindeutige Handbewegung über mich in Richtung Küche! (glücklicherweise war ich in Begleitung, die es beobachtet und mir hinterher verraten hat) Wieder am Buffet, willig alles nochmal zu nehmen, kam es zu weiteren Wartezeiten! Obwohl es 15 Uhr und das Lokal nur halb voll war, waren nämlich Zwiebeln, Champignons und Sojasprossen leer und wurden erst wieder befüllt, nachdem ich das Personal darum gebeten hatte. Nach weiteren 20 min kam endlich das Essen, daraufhin die Rechnung verlangt, keine Ermäßigung oder Entschuldigung seitens des Lokals und daher nun meine allererste Rezension im Leben!!! So etwas ist mir bei anderen asiatischen All-You-Can-Eat Buffet-Restaurants in WN noch NIE passiert und da auch der Geschmack der Speisen meiner Meinung nach bestenfalls durchschnittlich war, kann ich dieses Lokal trotz angenehmem Ambiente und technischen Spielereien leider nicht mehr...
