I've been to many restaurants and food places around the world and I've had good and bad experiences but this was the worst meal I've ever had! And this comes from a somewhat "fancy" restaurant...

I ordered the Tortelloni and asked to be a bit more cooked than usual. At the end I got it undercooked and totally tasteless. Nothing in the meal had ANY taste. Not even a bag of extra salt made any difference. Same was for my wife's meal. If I bought a 2€ bag of Tortelloni from the market, I could've cooked them 1000000 times better.

We didn't complain because we were really hungry and couldn't afford to wait again.

Amazing place to chill. Located in the part of the mall. It has outside area for the smokers and inside as well. Interior design is very nice I liked it a lot. Service was very good and fast. We tried couple of cakes and everything was so tasty and delicious. Perfect spot to meet with the friends, enjoy the food and talk in very pleasant atmosphere.

It looks like its very popular spot in the town since it can get very busy. I want to come back to this place whenever Im in the town again. Recommend definitely to visit and enjoy the coffee or drink or grab a bite.

Overcharged by nearly €50 for items we never ordered!

We had lunch here as a family, and although the food was decent, we were extremely disappointed to discover the next day that our bill was inflated by almost €50. Items like Arrotolata Tr, Avocado Toast, and one Panna Cotta were on the receipt, but we never ordered or received them.

Because we only noticed this afterwards while reviewing our daily expenses, we couldn’t contest it on the spot. Still, such a mistake—or worse, an intentional overcharge—is unacceptable in any restaurant, especially one that seems reputable.

Double-check your bill carefully before paying. We left feeling cheated, which ruined what had been a nice meal. Sadly, we cannot recommend this place after such an experience.

Fast 50 € zu viel berechnet – für Speisen, die wir nie bestellt haben!

Wir haben hier als Familie zu Mittag gegessen. Das Essen war zwar in Ordnung, aber am nächsten Tag stellten wir beim Durchsehen unserer Ausgaben fest, dass uns fast 50 € zu viel berechnet wurden. Auf der Rechnung standen Arrotolata Tr, Avocado Toast und ein Panna Cotta, die wir weder bestellt noch serviert bekommen haben.

Leider haben wir das erst später bemerkt und konnten es vor Ort nicht reklamieren. Dennoch ist ein solcher Fehler – oder gar eine absichtliche Überladung – inakzeptabel, besonders in einem Restaurant, das seriös erscheinen will.
