I recently had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant situated right below the iconic Ritz Carlton hotel. From the moment I walked in, I was enveloped by a fantastic atmosphere, radiating a uniquely positive aura. Every corner seemed to hum with excitement and warmth, which I believe played a pivotal role in elevating my entire dining experience. The staff here deserves a special mention — each one of them was exceptionally friendly, attentive, and made sure every guest felt valued.

In terms of the culinary offerings, while I did notice that the prices are on the higher side, the quality and presentation of the dishes justified every cent. The location, combined with the ambiance and service, makes this place a must-visit.

From the moment I was seated, the service was nothing short of exceptional, truly embodying the Ritz-Carlton ethos of "Ladies and Gentlemen serving Ladies and Gentlemen." The culinary offerings were a delight to the palate, each dish a testament to the kitchen's mastery. My server, Rasul, exemplified impeccable service. His attentiveness and perceptive nature were remarkable; he anticipated my every need without being intrusive. I was particularly impressed by his assertive yet gracious recommendation of the steak and his wise counsel to serve the sauce on the side—a touch that allowed the quality of the meat to shine through. We had a very cosy and warm welcome here. Service is top-notch. Friendly and attentive floor staff. We had lobster roll for starters and grill meat platters for dinner. We are served with complimentary snacks and breads with many choices of butter and olive oils. We had hours of gap in between starters and dinner with cocktails, beers, wines, and whiskey. Foods are excellent. We stayed for more than 5 hours talking, drinking, and dining. Beautiful place. Beautiful time spent here. Recommended 5 stars 🌟. Baku really surprised us. Definitely will come back here for dining before we leave for Norway after NYE...
