Very disappointed experience.. I visit this hotel few time and 2 different visit I sit in the restaurant. The service is so slowly and the staff acting like they don't care about you at all...

Today after 15 min I sit and waiting ... I didn't even get a menu (which is the most basic thing).. is more disappointing cause the restaurant not even full barely 30%.

In the end I order room service, if I need to wait for so long... at least I will do it in my room.

Waited too much to get a service. The Norwegian see food soup didn’t have see food. The starter bell peppers were freezing cold apparently from a can and not seasoned at all. Although the bolognese spaghetti was fair but still not fresh. It was heated in the oven prior served. The lemon dessert was ok though.
