Food is good native cooking. Several different dishes to choose from zhroughout the week. However, if you are vegan or vegetarian this is not the place for you. Meals (depending on the season and availability) will consists typically of rice, potatos, macaroni, chicken, fish, coleslaw, plantain, beef, mutton, conch, crawfish, and high calorie dessert and soft drinks. The staff is quick and friendly. The thong I miss most is the volume of food a meal was once made of. Now days the meals aren't only more expensive but the amount is less. The culprit.. Covid-19? You and I know that prices don't come back down... "but ya tink dey cood add a lil moor onta ma plate?" Read moreBased on the other reviews, I'm extremely disappointed. Fried snapper was seasoned OK, but was very dry. The rice and peas had no peas and was bland. The bbq chicken was like eating rubber.
I should have expected this quality of food when I saw them warming food in the microwave.
The only item I ordered that I was satisfied with was the fried plantain.
The people were really nice so I hope it was just an off day.
