If I could of given this no stars, I would have. When my coloured cartridges needed replacing, I bought a black one at the same time. To be clear, I bought my colors from another store, the store was out of black for my printer so I ended up at Micronet. This was in March, 4 months ago.
So today my black ink finally ran out and I replaced it with the ink cartridge I bought from Micronet. After I replaced the catridge, an error message appeared on my printer screen - There is a problem with the printer or ink system. Turn printer off, then on. If problem persists, contact HP. I followed the instructions and turned my printer off, then on, that didn't solve the issue. So I went online to contact HP. I went onto their troubleshooting page and followed their intructions, my firmware was even updated, still no resolution. I put my old cartridge back in to see if something was wrong with my printer, the error message disappeared; when I placed the new one back in, the error message returned. I checked the box that the new cartidge came in, on both the box and cartridge, it says "For use only in Latin America".
I called Micronet and was put onto sales, I spoke with a nice lady, I will be honest, she didn't give me any kind of attitude or even try to cut me off. But I got no satisfaction. I was told, because it was outside of their 14 day return policy period, the cartridge cannot be exchanged or returned. She told me that I can bring in my printer to be tested, but even if the cartridge is found to be faulty, because it is outside of the 14 days, and that the ink is opened, I will not be compensated. What sense does that make? How is this right?

   Read moreI frequented this store on a fairly regular basis, purchasing items for my business. To be honest it had become my default technology stop. However, about a week or so ago I stopped in to purchase three (3) laptops for employee training purposes. After browsing for quite a bit and receiving help from the sales rep, I finally found which model I wanted. Unfortunately they only had two (2) remaining in stock, so I said "ok fine" and moved on to a different model. After the sales rep informed me that they had three left in stock, but the third laptop was the floor model. I asked what the discount would be on the floor model and was then told that because it was an already discounted item that there could be no reduction in price. At that point I walked out of the store, and I never plan on returning. I'm under no illusion that you'll miss my money, and I understand that all customers aren't equal based on the money they spend. However, you won't be getting anymore of my business'.
