Pepper N Spice — Restaurant in New Providence

Went there after a 2 year hiatus after 2 bad experiences. Decided not to call but show up. I'll say this - they must have only catered to diabetic or hypertensive customers because there was zero seasoning on the food with the exception of a few crushed pepper flakes throughout the curry chicken. The food tasted like water with a wee bit of pepper throughout - extremely fresh! Oh, and the rice was undercooked, could've stayed on 20 mins more. So was the chicken, flesh still translucent and pink. Someone direct me to the chef of Pepper Pot Nassau who worked there in the late 2000s and have them teach these people and Negril restaurant...

Food is normally awesome. Been a regular customer since conception. Today was the very first time I've had a complaint. Made the owner aware of the unsual standard, and his reply was 'he prefer to lose me as a customer before trying to accomdate.
