Bad Experience I had today Morning...I ordered one Mini Tiffin the operator informed me there is no Idalli instead of that they will keep Poori and I requested don't keep Pongal keep Poori for same. When I reached the restaurant and paid and twice I said the same to the Cashier. But when I reached back to my room with the Parcel and opened they didn't even changed the Pongal and gave it as same.

This is not right and good kind of hospitality. I have twice repeatedly informing him the same and he least bothered to listen to a customer. We are paying for it not like you people are give it free for Us. Such a bad experience with Sangeetha Restaurant.

Requesting Management to take care of such things if customers are calling and ordering there food and the person doesn't understand then what's the point of Good reviews we have to give.

The quality of the food and the service of this restaurant has exponentially worsened over the years! Especially the delivery service is the worst! I understand that there are unexpected issues like traffic, etc. but one should not exceed 1+ more hours than the said time. The food is just cold and unappetizing at that point. And oh, they almost always miss an item or give you the wrong dish if you order through delivery !! For instance, we had ordered onion rava masala dosa many times and they always miss the masala and they charge you for onion rava masala!!!!! I understand that human errors happen but when it happens multiple times, there's something wrong with the management! And when we give our complaints, they tell you to order at a different restaurant!! That's just straight up rude! It just shows that they don't value their customers or take them seriously! I'm sorry but I have only one word to say - POOREST...
