Terrible Service and Cold Food - Avoid!

My family and I visited this restaurant for the first time this morning, arriving around 6 am. The restaurant was mostly empty, yet our experience was shockingly poor. After being seated in a separate hall with only one other family, we waited for a full 10 minutes before anyone approached us to take our order. We eventually had to flag down a staff member.

The real problems began after ordering. We waited an unacceptable 45 minutes for our food. In that time, the hall filled up, and to our astonishment, every other table that arrived after us was served and nearly finished their meals while we were still waiting.

My father and I had to seek out the waiter again to complain about the incredibly slow service. Only then did our food finally arrive. My mother and sister were understandably starving by this point. Adding insult to injury, not only were we kept waiting, but we weren't even offered basic necessities like water or tissues until after we complained.

The final blow was the food itself: it was cold.

The lack of attention, the excessively long wait, and the fact that other customers were prioritized despite arriving later, coupled with the cold food, made for a truly awful experience. We won't be returning to this restaurant and I would strongly advise others to reconsider dining here, especially if you value prompt service...

Discriminatory and Rude Staff – Horrible Experience, Avoid This Restaurant

I recently visited this restaurant with my family, expecting a good South Indian meal, but it turned into a nightmare due to the worst behavior of the staff.

Discrimination: The staff showed clear partiality, respecting only customers from Tamil Nadu and treating others with indifference and disrespect. Their discriminatory behavior made us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable.

Unprofessional Service: The menu lacked clarity, and when I asked for additional curry, I was rudely told they only serve sambar, rasam, and two side dishes. None of this was communicated earlier. Their attitude was dismissive, and they acted as if serving us was a burden.

Unacceptable Treatment: I was so frustrated by their behavior that I stopped eating in the middle of my meal and left the restaurant with my family. Despite this, the staff didn’t care. The manager simply collected the cash and casually said, “I will inform them, sir,” without showing any genuine concern.

This restaurant has no regard for customers who are not from Tamil Nadu. Their lack of professionalism and courtesy makes it clear that they don’t value their patrons. I strongly urge everyone to avoid this place if you expect even basic respect...

We recently visited your restaurant with our family and found the atmosphere to be very pleasant and welcoming. However, we did face some challenges during our dining experience that we hope can be taken as constructive feedback.

When we began placing our order, we noticed that several items listed on the menu were not available, which was a bit disappointing. Eventually, we ordered the Chicken Manchow Soup, Dragon Chicken, Afghan Chicken, Tandoori Chicken, and Chicken Lollipop. Of these, the Dragon Chicken stood out and was quite enjoyable. Unfortunately, the other dishes did not meet our expectations in terms of taste and freshness. In particular, the Tandoori Chicken had an off-putting smell, which concerned us.

We also tried some items from the main course—Biryani, Butter Naan, Butter Chicken, and Kothu Parotta. Regrettably, we found these dishes below the expected quality and were unable to finish our meal.
