I recently had the pleasure of dining at Pizza Burg, and I must say, it was a delightful experience from start to finish. I give it a glowing five-star review, primarily because of the outstanding service provided by the staff.

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality. The staff members were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure my dining experience was nothing short of excellent. I went there on 17th December, 2022. It was my 2nd time visiting pizzaburg khilgaon branch. I had also visited their mirpur-1 branch previously.

I had the Tongue Slayer Burger (75% naga) & my friends had their Set Menu-1. Burger price was 195 taka. I enjoyed the burger. The patty was well cooked, the bun tasted soft & fresh. It's a naga burger. The staff recommended to take 50% naga. But as I like my food spicy, I ordered my burger with 75% naga. Then they ensured us that if the spiciness of the burger is too much to handle, they will provide some sugar. The burger had a strong spicy kick to it. It wasn't extremely spicy, but it was perfectly spicy & enjoyable. I didn't have any problem to tolerate the spice.

They have a special sauce. The sauce is probably a mixture of mayonnaise, white sauce & ketchup. They serve that sauce unlimited with any food item you order. The sauce really enhanced the flavor of the burger. I plan to try this burger with 100% naga next time.

Price of Set Menu-1 was 165 taka. Set Menu-1 consists of Fried Rice, Chicken Suslick, Mixed Vegetables, Salad & Chicken Curry. I really liked the Chicken Suslick. The fried rice was fragrant & flavorful. Quantity is enough for one person's lunch. It's a really good deal in 165 taka.

They were really friendly to us. They have a nice interior. I went there around 1pm on Saturday. The place wasn't crowdy– it was close to empty. They have "pay first" & self serve system....

Ordered meat masala pizza and burgers. The taste of the pizza was good. But there are some issues that needs to be addressed.

Firstly, we were planning to get 17 inch pizza which was not available and the reason being unknown. So there was no way other than ordering 12 inch alongside 1 chicken and 1 beef bbq burger. The pizza came first and after a long wait burgers came and sadly both were chicken. Surprisingly in the payment receipt they also mistakenly added 2 chicken burgers which we found later but at the time of order placement the staff repeated the correct order.

However they acknowledged their mistake later and replaced the burger but for that we needed to wait more.

There are a bit more issues with the crowd and atmosphere and too loud music system which they seems not to care about.

Disappointed to say Pizzaburg was way better in their services at the past times. Sadly recent times it’s not top notch. That’s why I stopped visiting Pizzaburg and just became dependent on the home delivery. After a long time me and my friend went there hoping to enjoy our time but unfortunately the day went bad.
