This outlet is a bit small and some table chair arrangements are congested. However, the food quality was good. I've taken their Grilled Black Pepper Chicken and Green Apple Lemonade. The rice was very plain and I felt they could've been use butter a bit more. The chicken was very tasty and cooked properly. The sauce they've used, made it so savory. The food portion is very less according to the price. Other than the cake, if you order cook food, then usually they takes 15-20 minutes. They must should revise the price or increase the portion of the items.

The SKS tower branch of this popular local franchise serves good food. Almost all of their cakes are delicious, but triple cheese cake is the best of them all! Highly expensive, but definitely worth a try.
They also have some meal options. The foods here, although are fresh and tasty, but are a little pricy. Considering the place, environment and the seating arrangements, I could call them value for money if they were a little cheaper.
About that, the outlet is small and congested. Seating arrangements aren't very comfortable.
The service is excellent! The staffs are very well behaved here.
A convenient thing about their cakes are, you can buy them by them by slices. As they are expensive, you won't need to buy the full cake...

The Manager Redwan is very accommodating, but the sad part is he doesn't prepare food. The chef is very unskilled and very inconsistent in prepping the food. Quality is never upto the mark. I had chicken that tasted bland having zero flavor. The marination was not done properly. Also the chef takes Years to serve any order. After multiple feedback.....they haven't changed anything..... except for bucket loads of apologies from Redwan. The price and brand value....i expected...
