We had a reservation here for 8.30 but we were not seated until after 9pm. Would have been absolutely fine with this and could understand if the restaurant was busy but it wasnโ€™t overly so. Unfortunately the wait for service was a continuing theme with us eventually getting our main courses at 10.10. We asked if we could even just have some bread as our youngest was really tired and hungry, but even that took quite a while to arrive. The waiting staff were completely disinterested and when we tried to give some feedback at the end of the evening, we were rudely brushed off. While explaining to the front of house, she started blanking me and looking over my shoulder towards two other guests who were leaving. You could tell they were either friends/ more important than other customers as they seemed to have all the attention on them during the evening. Really disappointed as this restaurant was recommended to us but I would certainly not go back. G+T was served in a very small childโ€™s looking glass and when we asked for a bigger glass so we could add more tonic , we were met with a look of annoyance. Food was ok but getting it so late, we were all past being hungry and just wanted to leave. Donโ€™t go if you value good service with your meal. The final straw was when we were asked if we cared to leave a tip even though a service charge had already been included...

We came here bc it had good reviews and looked great online but the only thing that was good was the view. Staff was nice but terrible food and service. For these high of prices i expect great food and great service. We ordered cocktails and apps. The apps came out before the drinks and it was about 15mins. I ordered a caeser salad and it was warm. Never had a warm salad before. We ordered martinis, one with no vermouth, a beer and a jameson shot. The drinks came out at the same time as our main course after our appetizers. One martini was made completely wrong tasted like apple, the shot was about a 1/2 shot on ice. We ordered the Margherita pizza and grilled fish tacos. Pizzas tasted like frozen pizzas and we got fried chicken tacos instead of grilled fish tacos. They remade the drink it came out ok. Ordered another shot and asked for it straight up since they made it with ice last time. Still came out 1/2 shot and was not jameson it was some cheap nasty booze. We got the bill and the bill was wrong. We didn't complain, just paid and got it fast as possible. Save yourself the $$ and waste of time. Place is horrible, bad food and bad drinks. Too many other...

Not impressed. We ate on the terrace. There were lots of empty tables, however they put us between two occupied tables. Not very prudent in a pandemic when all the other tables were empty. Quite uncomfortable actually.

Saw the drinks menu. A tiny 275ml Banks Beer was $10. All the other restaurants in the Gap are doing deals like 2 for $7, or 3 bottles for $10, but this place is greedy. The rest of the drinks were also needlessly expensive.

The food was no better than any other restaurant on the strip. Not worth the premium. It was just OK. The kicker? Although they add a service charge, they still give suggested tip amounts on the bottom of the bill. Nervy.

We felt this restaurant was not taking Covid seriously at all. They didnโ€™t ask us to sign in, or take our temperature like other establishments. Then to pack everyone in clusters instead of spreading people out just seemed dangerous.

Iโ€™m afraid Covid protocols now weigh heavily in my reviews.

Walk down the strip a little further and youโ€™ll find many other restaurants trying harder to keep you safe, with food that is just as good or even better. And certainly more...

Donโ€™t be fooled by the nice view here. Unfortunately I got food poisoning when I ate here in May. I ordered the catch of the day and the dish they described when ordering was not what I was given (different sauce and sides than what the waiter mentioned) so I believe they gave me old leftovers instead of fresh food. The fish (pictured below) had a strange texture and presentation was terrible. The potatoes were so salty they were inedible. I was sick to my stomach all night and the following few days after eating here. Very disappointing. Update in response to ownerโ€™s reply below- unfortunately I was not compensated for my meal, so there must have been someone else who also had an issue with their meal that month. I just wanted to bring this to your attention as the quality of the food that day was concerning and made me sick. I appreciate you looking into this.

I recently ventured here for a birthday celebration, lucky for me the drink on special was one of my favourites, a "rum sour". However the first sour I received was more like a watered down lemonade also lacking any alcohol punch, subsequently all the sours received were of the same poor quality. My party was seated upstairs, which has a beautiful view of the sea and St. Lawrence gap. Service was good and our waiter was very attentive to my table's requests. The dish of the evening seemed to be the tacos as I saw a tray of tacos leaving the kitchen about every 30 minutes however foodwise I ordered "pea soup" as an appetizer and the "spicy thai curry" with chicken for my main. The soup was lukewarm and bland. The main dish was also very bland and the chicken tasteless. I should of tried the tacos.

Everything is just amazing, the decor as you go in is beautiful, really gives you that sea life feel. While waiting for the table we sat by the bar and watched our drinks being made, the bar man was very friendly and entertaining, explained what he was doing and how he likes to make drinks. We were then taken to our table which was on the deck. The view is gorgeous, looks out to the gap and the sea. Food didn't take long at all to come. The menu had a lot of variety, I opted for the catch of the day made in a Jamaican style. It was full of flavour and was spicy just how I like it!! One of my friends was feeling a bit cold and the waitress offered a shawl to cover herself which just adds to the service. The food is the most expensive place that we have eat at so far BUT it was also very tasty.
