Good food, but the worst service I have yet to experience. First time there the cashier was in front the order window telling the chef (who was preparing food with no mask on) how to make the sauce for about 5 minutes without saying a word to us.
Was very impressed with the food so overlooked that.
Today we ordered ahead of time to pickup food for 1pm,as I had family returning to England at 4pm. We placed the order 15 minutes before they open, and within 10 or so minutes had a response saying they had no crab legs, but they had crab claws. No problem, we say we'll take claws instead.
An hour later I went to collect the food, mention im here for a pickup order, and I'm told with no sincerity or apology that they aren't doing their online orders because they had too many "walk-in" orders. So in disbelief, I show him the chat with no mention of not being able to service the order, with over an hour between placing it and showing up in person. He explains that they've been so busy he hasn't had a chance to respond to orders, and shows me his phone and scrolls through his messaging app to show messages from other customers, opens one who he DID reply to at around 12:30 (about 45 minutes after the last time we received a response) and said this is the only person he managed to respond to. This whole time, still hasn't actually apologised in any way for the inconvenience this has caused us, and the terrible handling of the situation. And I can only assume this person I dealt with is the owner, as the number for online orders was his personal cellphone.
Despite the food being good, I will never return, nor recommend a single person to this place. Whether this was the owner or manager their behaviour was disgraceful and reflects terribly on our country. Anybody thinking about going here is better off...
Read morePlaced an order for delivery. We were all excited to try because we heard a few good reviews. But we had several calls saying they dont have anymore crab then called said no more lobster, then called again and said they di have lobster, then called again said they didn't have our soda choice. Then called back again saying even though it's an option of no sauce, they can't make it without sauce, then called again and said they don't have chicken for the Alfredo. 3 hours later we received our order, which was not hot, but instead just luke warm. Received a shrimp bag with like 5 shrimp, lobster bag with 1 lobster tail all bags had a ton of oily minced garlic sweet sauce, which made everything sweet and very off-putting for seafood. I 100% didn't like nor finish the food nor did anyone else like nor finish the food we bought. It was 10 of us, so needless to say non of us enjoyed the food and waisted so much money trashing it. We saved a lil bit for a friend to taste who live here on the island and who recommended us, and she did not like it either saying they must have switched cooks. Another friend said yea, I would have told you not...
Read moreSo my boyfriend and I went on a March 5 (Tuesday). I order lobster tail which came with fries and salad. Also got beef tacos which came with fries. My boyfriend got the shack cream alfredo which chicken. When it cames to the lobster tail to me it was difficult to tear apart. I also did not like the fries which was homemade. The beef tacos suprrisely was good. My boyfriend loved it and was really likng the sauce that was on it. I agree it tasted good but was little sweet for me. It was good that it came with fries compared to three small tacos. He said his chicken alfredo was okay but he thought the chicken would be cut small. It was big chucks sitting on the pasta. We went back on Saturday because we were both craving the tacos and we were leaving the country that same day. When we got there at around 8:45pm we were told that the wait time would be 2 hours. We couldn't stay as we had to be at the aiport. The staff mentioned that they had 35 orders a head. They seem to be popular so the owner should probably hire more staff. Two hours is extremely ridiculous so we were dsiappointed that we couldnt...
