We came here with friends, several times already, and the customer service experience has been negative ,almost every time. But today was the icing on the cake. They don't let you pay separately, which is ok. But because you sit at the same table, they don't even let you order at the cash register, so you could pay your own food/drink. It is always a disaster to count out who have to pay what, while the cashier is doing faces, talking under their nose and sigh constantly meanwhile,...

I hate to leave bad reviews because I am an easy person to please, but the employees made rude comments about how me and my family are American. They spoke these comments to each other in Italian thinking that we wouldn't understand what they were saying, but I don't think they realized that one of us could understand Italian.
