Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Homyel

we decided to take the advantage of their promotion "on tuesdays every second pizza to take away for free". we ordered one Ham and Mushrooms and one Spicy. staff were very friendly and our pizzas were cooked quickly, but that are all the advantages. my Ham and Mushroom's base was ultrathin and ultranottasty, it tasted like the frozen bases for pizza from the supermarket. moreover, i didn't think that shampignons are so expensive, because on my 30cm pizza was barely one mushroom CRUMBLED in tiny pieces and looking not fresh. my brother's Spicy could be called Greasy, because it was not spicy (again, very few pieces of jalapeno, maybe 1/7 of what they have on the picture), very greasy, and unpalatable pepperony as a cherry on the top of the cake. we were lucky that we paid for one pizza only and we will never pay the full price for this...

I dont understand whats wrong with service industry in belarus. They literally dont use common sense and have no reason just a cold look as if they are confused about some complicated equation. I am paying for a pizza and i do not want a certain topping but they simply said no we cant. What if i am allergic to that ingredient but they just wont budge. They loose nothing and it shows value to the customer. But they have a stick in their behind that they feel like we are asking to much. Same franchise in other countries looks after their customers. As if someone is counting the pepper slices. A real disapointment and dominoes needs to review their customer service in belarus and also maybe start by having an english menu at the location. Спасибо, порадовали ;) Отличная пиццерия. Подойдёт для зайти с друзьями, семьёй и одному в обед. Есть уголочек для детей, мультики и доска с мелками, столик. Европейская атмосфера, много диванов. Выбор еды достаточно богат. От мясных до "своих" рецептов пиццы, из спиртного - пиво. По размерам варианта 3: маленькая, средняя, большая, но советую спрашивать граммы. Мне досталась маленькая на 400гр - достаточно для обеда одному. Стандартные варианты по выгодной цене, на остальное чек средний. Чисто, порадовало, что после каждого посетителя убирают столики, не смотря на самообслуживание. В зале достаточно громко и бодро играет музыка. Иногда слышится как кто-то ругает персонал и выясняет отношения с поварами, видимо злой шеф-повар) что весьма забавно, но из-за музыки внимания не цепляет. Посторонних запахов нет, туалет чистый. Для "романтик" не подойдёт, а вот для "проснуться" и перекусить очень рекомендую. Всё вежливо и быстро, ждал минут 10, всё с пылу с жару как говориться. Но был ранее чем в "обед", думаю при полном зале ждать придется минут 30. Не всегда слышно, когда пицца готова - советую контролировать этот момент. В общем крепкая...
