One of the worst service in a restaurant we have ever experienced. We went for all you can eat pizza for dinner. It’s not a buffet, they bring pizzas one by one to the tables and you can get as many slices as you like. Even though there were only 4 tables including us they didn’t serve 3 pizzas to our table at all and one time was only 1 slice left when they came to our table. For two of the unserved pizzas, they ran out of it before they came to us and the other one they just forgot us even though there were 4 slices left and we were sitting in a very visible place and talked with multiple waiters there. We didn’t get served the first pizza because one of the tables for 3 people got 6 slices and we were left with nothing. We expected that the next round of pizza service would start from us since we didn’t get to eat the previous one but yeah he started to serve the same tables again so we were left with nothing again. Besides the horrible service of not keeping track of the tables, it takes very long time between the services so you spend quite some time waiting for pizzas. It’s 25 euros pp including all you can drink but the drinks are 3 juices from the restaurant, canned drinks like cola or other fizzy drinks weren’t included in the price. On the menu there are tons of different pizzas but for the all you can eat part they kept bringing the same 3-4 types of pizzas over and over. So, I really think price is absolutely not worth it. Maybe on a different day it’s different but our experience was very unpleasant that we couldn’t stand to wait more for the same pizzas to come over and over so we left. It’s thousand times better to go to any other pizza chains or a corner pizza place. Save your money and time really not worth...

Um dos piores managements de mesa que já vi. Se for aqui escolha uma mesa em frente a cozinha talvez aí consiga comer alguma coisa. Inacreditável pagar 25 euros pp para ver outros comerem. Uma mesa de 3 pessoas leva 6 fatias ok não tem problema se tiver para o resto mas não tem. 2 vezes isto aconteceu uma mesa levava bastante fatias e depois quando chegava a nossa vez já não tinha nada. 2x pizza não chegou a nós e 1x só vinha uma fatia para 2 pessoas... Ou melhor tinha 4 fatias mas ele esqueceu se de nós e foi para trás com a pizza. No fim ficamos para tentar uma pizza que todos comeram menos nos. Pedi especificamente pela pizza 2x, nunca a vi. O que me fez levantar e ir embora foi quando o cozinheiro mete uma pizza no balcão e durante 5 minutos ninguém pega nela para vir a mesa. O chefe literalmente saiu da cozinha e chamou pelo staff. Mas ninguém se mexeu, 2 empregados ocupados a falar no balcão então foi embora. Escolhi ir no dia mais caro porque pensei que o serviço seria melhor. Mas de alguma maneira só com 4 meses no restaurante todo conseguiam não ter pizza para toda a gente e se tivemos lá 1h 10 foi a comer o resto foi a olhar para a TV ou falar para passar o tempo, tinha períodos de 10-15 minutos sem nenhuma pizza e quando finalmente vinha era um jogo de "será que chega a nós?" O mais engraçado e que esperava ok não tinha pizza para mim então a próxima começa na minha mesa certo? Não, KKK começa na mesma que já tinha 6 fatias para 3 pessoas, graças a deus eles decidiram não comer aquela então fomos abençoados com 2 fatias. 50 euros aqui ou 2 box de pizza na pizza Hut. Mais vale ir a pizza Hut ao menos chega a...

J'etais sur le point de noter 5 étoiles car à mon arrivée la dame et le monsieur qui m'ont accueilli étaient vraiment très aimable et affable, j'ai trouvé les lieux propre et le buffet efficace ... on a la possibilité de prendre à emporter pour 14€ ou consommer sur place à volonté pour 22€... j'ai choisi de m installer, mais j'avais moins d'une heure pour manger et j'ai des problèmes d'estomac , ce qui fait que après avoir pris juste une assiette, je n'arrivais pas à manger, j'ai alors demandé si je pouvais exceptionnellement juste récupérer le contenu de ma seule assiette, sans en prendre plus ( donc selon moi rien qui ne correspondent au "a volonté " prévu. Alors que je pensais que cela ne serais justement pas un problème car je payais finalement le pris d un service à table alors que finalement je voulais plutôt emporter ( 14€ normalement) ... là.. le monsieur m'explique que si je souhaites faire ça... ce sera 22+ 3€ soit 25€ l'équivalent d'une seule petite assiette ? J'ai trouvé ça tellement choquant car j'avais également pris une boisson... soit 27€50 au lieu de 16,50€ si j'avais pris directement à emporter... j'ai trouvé ça abérrant et dommage du coup parce que j'avais jusque-là une plutôt bonne...
