❌❌Ridiculous place that makes customers pay for staff mistakes.❌❌
I clearly asked in advance if I could substitute the hot drink included in the set menu for an iced one, and the staff confirmed that it was fine. However, when it came time to pay, I was charged the full à la carte price—a full €6 more than the set menu. When I asked why, the response was simply: “The staff member is new and made a mistake,” and “Iced drinks aren’t included in the set.”
At no point was I informed that there would be an extra charge. The mistake was entirely on their side, yet they tried to make me bear the cost. I even suggested paying the set price plus the €0.40 iced drink surcharge, but they refused and insisted I pay the higher price—with a mere 10% discount as compensation.
The staff are clearly untrained, take no responsibility for their errors, and meaningful communication is impossible. The service was poor, and the food is nowhere near good enough to justify such treatment.

I've currently been sitting at a table for 10 minutes, there is one waiter who couldn't care less if he served us or not. Not that I care since I'm waiting for a train and was honestly just looking for a place to sit since I have close to an hour to kill.
I know service in Europe is lacking big-time but this place takes the cake. How sad when a business could have made some money from me and just ignores potential customers. They either need to hire more staff or teach their current staff customer service. The service here is a pitiful joke.

Wow !! this place reaches a medal for one of "Worst" experience. It took exactly 17 minutes to see someone to catch the order and been told,'I don't know the menu card'... another 11 minutes waiting appears another person who took the order.....pom pom pom....another 10 minutes to see a third person asking if we ordered. Finally, after being through the desert, it came. Coffee, lukewarm, hot chocolate, a kind of 'dusty'. Top of is the bill a 11 Eur for a glass of wine..."Sorry, but we are out of the 7 Euro one." Could have been told upfront, isn't it ...fait accomplis.
