The area around Haringrode has long been an area deprived of good coffee, all that changed when Kornél opened its doors a few years back. I can't say I drop by that often, but when I do the coziness always impresses me. Lunch and breakfast are served until 15h, and the coffee is carefully prepared by an incredibly friendly team. The walls usually show pieces of art by (local) artists, and are for sale (I believe). More often than not their bigger room is reserved for groups, which I think is a good way to spend your Sunday if you're a big party. Read moreLovely little spot. Perfect for a simple tasty lunch. Also if u need a place to do somw work. They have small working spaces. Plus, the food is really good. They also change their menu by seasons and friendly staff. The dishes are rich of ingredients, that means i won't get a spoon of avocado on my toast but enough on their to call it a toast avocado or one slice of tomato on my sandwich (you know what im talking about). Simple menu & delicious. Definitely try their cakes ans treats (on the counter)....
