I just had dinner at MORSO by the Suikerrei, and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The location is stunning, right by the water, with a cozy and stylish interior that immediately makes you feel welcome. The atmosphere is relaxed yet refined, perfect for a romantic evening, a dinner with friends, or even a solo treat. The food was truly outstanding. Every dish was carefully prepared with fresh, high-quality ingredients and presented beautifully. The flavors were rich, balanced, and clearly inspired by authentic Italian cuisine with a modern twist. You can taste the passion and creativity in every bite. The service was another highlight — warm, attentive, and professional without being overly formal. The staff made sure everything went smoothly and were happy to answer questions and give recommendations. I also appreciated the pacing of the meal — we never felt rushed, but everything arrived at just the right time. The wine list was excellent, with thoughtful pairings to complement the dishes. Overall, MORSO offers a complete and memorable dining experience. I’m so glad I chose to eat there tonight, and I will absolutely return. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Bruges or...

Read moreThe restaurant has a pleasant atmosphere. There were only 2 beef steaks to select from and we ordered the large one for two people with fries and grilled veggies on the side, with cheesecake as dessert. The service was definitely very good- our order came fast, the waiter was very nice and kept checking in on us in case we needed anything. But the steak… was a disappointment. It was grilled correctly - we asked for medium rare and that was what we got - but the problem was the meat quality. The parts near the bone were so chewy and hard that they were impossible to get to your fork. I think if you are looking for a steak house, this isn’t one. A pity really because everything else...
