Sweet&Salty — Restaurant in Antwerp

First of all we made a reservation beforehand and when we arrived they had given our table away… we stood there waiting even though we had a reservation. Organisation 0/10.

Second of all, the terrace is full and full of wasps. I know they can’t do much about that, however, when one fell in my glass (see photo) and I asked them to get a new one she proposed to just take it out and she was hesitant about replacing my drink?? I asked her again if she could replace it, and she repeated that she would just take the wasp out and then took a spoon instead of just replacing the damn glass.

Third of all, there was a hair in my drink (see photo) and the berries had mold on them. (see photo) genuinely extremely disappointed by this brunch spot. You pay 7,7€ for a “fresh” orange juice and get orange juice from a carton 😭.

Would not recommend.

One last thing: the price vs quality is absurd and ridiculous. Will never...

We were a group of five and just wanted to order drinks (latte, matcha, etc.). After we got a table and placed our order, we were immediately asked to get up and leave simply because we only wanted drinks! We were kicked out because we didn’t order any food. Absolutely outrageous. Very unfriendly staff – definitely not...

We only wanted to stop by for a quick drink, but instead of being welcomed, we were rushed out of the place in a very unfriendly manner.
