We recently dined at this exceptional restaurant, and it was an unforgettable experience from start to finish. The service was impeccable—Michelle and Manpreet were personable, friendly, and attentive. They went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. We started our meal with a delightful surprise: a complimentary amuse-bouche of velouté d’asperges et beignets de crevettes that set the tone for the rest of the evening. The balance of flavors was perfect, and it was a great introduction to the skill of Chef Romy and the sous chef, who are both incredibly talented. For dinner, we ordered a variety of dishes: trois petite solette, dos de cabillaud, et saumon, all paired with the recommended house white wine, Mas des Laurier. The wine was an excellent choice—crisp and refreshing, and it complemented the dishes beautifully. We also had the option of croquette, purée de pommes de terre, ou frites, and opted for the croquette and frites, both deliciously flavorful. Alors par où commencer ?

Ca commencais bien, le serveur est agréable, gentil, polis,... mais gros gros manque de réactivité alors que y avais à peine 20 clients dans le restaurant.

Ma femme et moi avont commander 2 fillets de poulets mais on a reçu la moitié d'un filet de poulet pour nous 2... et sans couvert, on a du les réclamer.... et sur tout que on l'a recu plus de 45 min apres avoir commander, autant de temps pour cela... certe le monsieur nous a proposé que l'on prenne un accompagnement en plus et qui nous seront offert mais c'était pas terrible... mais c'est me geste qui compte. Apres avoir totalement fini de manger on a attendu plus de 30 min pour avoir l'addition et encore on l'a réclamer parce qu'il passait à côté de nous en nous regardant avec un sourire mais toujours pas d'addition... il était hors de question pour moi que je paye un menu complet pour cela, donc il a ete correct sur cela, il nous n'a pas fais payer un menu et une sauce, et les croquette etaient bien offertes..

y avais un monsieur à côté qui etait seul, il avait fini de manger et 30 min plus tard il n'avait toujours pas sa table de débarrasser ni d'addition...

Une autre table derrière nous de 6 personnes qui est arrivé tres peut de temps apres nous, n'avais toujours pas ete servi quand nous sommes partie.

Je ne retournerais plus jamais là bas et je ne le conseil à personne... je met rarement des avis mais là c'était nécessaire sur tout que la veille dans un autre restaurant tout etait au top alors que le restaurant...
